Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, field-oriented technicians to support our national client base. You’ll perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, software setup, and full cabling work across diverse sites, from retail to healthcare. Travel within territory is expected; on-call duty is a strong advantage.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, independence, and professional client interactions, with 1099 contractor status and on-site pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience.
• Strong preference for hands-on field work and reliability.
• On-call availability is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be responsive to service requests.
