Job summary

AMG Tech Support seeks hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base in field assignments, not just helpdesk. You will install OS, diagnose hardware, set up software, and perform structured cabling across buildings, with travel within your territory and on-call duties.

This role offers diverse projects across retail, medical, restaurant and corporate environments, with potential for growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience.
• One of: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or 5+ years verifiable field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling across buildings (drilling, routing, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
