Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond desk work, involving OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup in various client sites.

You will perform structured cabling, telecom wiring, and be on-call to respond to service requests across diverse environments including retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• At least 1 year of IT/Telecom experience.
• One of these certifications or equivalent field experience: A+, Network+ or 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling (including drilling, running, and dressing cables)
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.)
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory
