Job summary

AMG Tech Support is hiring hands-on IT/ Telecom technicians to support our national client base. You will perform OS installs, hardware diagnostics and cabling, with travel across multiple environments including retail, medical, and corporate settings.

The role requires 1 year of IT/Telecom experience and relevant certifications or equivalent field experience. On-site pay and travel compensation apply for a 1099 contractor position.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience with one of the following: A+ or Network+ certification, or 5+ years of field experience.
• Travel to client sites; reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables)
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.)
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients; be on-call within territory
