Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks—installing operating systems, running structured cabling, and terminating a 66-block in diverse environments.

You will work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate sites, stay on-call for service requests within your territory, and maintain a professional standard with clients as you travel to onsite locations.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of I.T./Telecom experience.
• One of: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or 5+ years field experience in IT/Telecom.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within territory.
