Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our national client base with hands-on IT and telecom tasks beyond typical helpdesk duties. You may install operating systems, diagnose hardware, set up software, and perform structured cabling across multiple sites.

The role requires field experience (1 year or more) or certified credentials (A+/Network+), and a reliable vehicle. On-site travel within the territory is expected, with pay for time and travel and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience and one of the listed certifications or 5+ years field experience.
• Certifications or substantial field experience are required as described.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Travel to various environments and respond to service requests within territory.
