AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, including OS installations, structured cabling, and telecom work across buildings.

You will work in varied environments such as retail, medical, restaurants, and corporate settings. Ideal candidates have 1 year of IT/Telecom experience or 5+ years in the field, plus certifications like A+ or Network+.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience.
• 1 year of IT or Telecom experience required, or 5+ years field experience in IT/Telecom.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments (retail, medical, restaurant, corporate).
• Maintain professionalism with clients; be on call 24/7.
