AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond helpdesk tasks, including OS installs, cabling, and telecom work across diverse sites.

You will work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, maintaining professionalism and being on-call for service requests within your territory. A+ or Network+ certifications or 5+ years of hands-on IT/Telecom experience are preferred.

Formación

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• A+ Certification.
• Network+ Certification.
• OR 5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom.

Responsabilidades

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
