Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support a growing national client base. This field role goes beyond helpdesk, involving OS installs, cabling, and telecom tasks across diverse sites. You’ll work independently, stay professional with clients, and be on-call within your territory.

Eligible candidates have 1+ year IT/Telecom experience and certifications (A+ or Network+) or 5+ years field experience. Reliable transportation and tools are required.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience with one of the listed certifications or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling, drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments including retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call within your territory.
