AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. The role goes beyond ordinary helpdesk duties, involving OS installs, cabling, and telecom work across varied sites.

You will travel to retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments and must stay on call for service requests within your territory. Ideal candidates have 1+ year IT/Telecom experience, plus A+ or Network+ or 5+ years field experience.

Qualifications

• PC troubleshooting and printer issues are a strong plus.
• Minimum 1 year IT/Telecom experience and one certification or 5+ years field experience.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call for service in your territory.
