AMG Tech Support seeks skilled I.T. or Telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond routine helpdesk tasks, involving OS installations, hardware diagnostics, cabling across buildings, and telecom work.

You will operate in varied environments and travel within your territory. Ideal candidates have 1+ year IT/Telecom experience, or 5+ years field experience, with certifications such as A+ or Network+.

Formación

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• A+ Certification or Network+ Certification preferred.
• OR 5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom.

Responsabilidades

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling: drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work: punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call within your territory.
