Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks as you install operating systems, run structured cabling, and handle telecom work across multiple sites.

You’ll travel to diverse environments, from retail to medical facilities, while maintaining professionalism with clients. The ideal candidate has 1+ year IT/Telecom experience and relevant certifications (A+ or Network+), or 5+ years field

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience.
• A+ Certification
• Network+ Certification
• OR 5+ years verifiable field experience in IT/Telecom

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling (including drilling, running, and dressing cables)
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.)
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory
