Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks, including OS installations, structured cabling, and telecom work across various environments.

You will work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings, maintain professionalism with clients, and be on-call within your territory. A strong I.T./Telecom background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• One of A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests in your territory.
