Job summary

AMG Tech Support seeks skilled field technicians to support our national client base. This role involves OS installs, hardware diagnostics, software setup, and extensive structured cabling across multiple buildings.

You will work in diverse environments from retail to medical facilities and be on-call within your territory. Ideal candidates have 1+ year IT/Telecom experience and relevant certifications (A+ or Network+), or 5+ years of verifiable field IT/Telecom experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• A+ or Network+ certification or 5+ years field experience in IT/Telecom.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call within your territory.
