Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, involving OS installations, structured cabling, and field service across entire buildings.

You will work in a variety of environments including retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings. On-call availability and a high standard of professionalism are required to deliver reliable IT and telecom services nationwide.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience.
• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, and certifications such as A+ or Network+.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables) and telecom work.
• Work independently across diverse environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
