AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks, with hands-on field work on diverse sites across the country.

You will install operating systems, diagnose hardware, set up software, perform structured cabling, and telecom tasks. Expect travel across multiple environments—retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate—and on-call availability to meet client needs.

Formación

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• Minimum 1 year of I.T./Telecom experience with one of A+, Network+ or 5+ years field experience.

Responsabilidades

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables)
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.)
• Work independently across various environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory

Conocimientos
