Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond desk work—installing OS, diagnosing hardware, wiring and terminating structured cabling across buildings, and handling telecom tasks.

You will work across varied environments with on-call availability. A reliable vehicle, valid license, and your own basic tools are required. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience required or certification path.
• Must have reliable vehicle and tools for IT/network tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism and be on-call for service requests.
