Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. You will handle OS installs, diagnostics, software setup, and field equipment tasks across diverse sites.

The role involves structured cabling, telecom work, and independent work across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments. On-call availability and a reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT or Telecom field experience minimum.
• A+ or Network+ certification required, or 5+ years of verifiable field experience in IT/Telecom.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call to respond to service requests within territory.
