AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our national client base. This field role involves OS installations, cabling, and telecom work across diverse environments, with on-site duties and travel within an 80-mile radius.

Candidates should have 1 year of I.T./Telecom experience, valid driver’s license, and a toolbox of essential IT gear. This 1099 contractor position includes on-call duties and travel pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year I.T./Telecom experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Own set of basic IT and networking tools.
• Willingness to travel within ~80 miles from home.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installs, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Do structured cabling, including drilling and cabling.
• Handle telecom tasks like punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Respond to service requests within your territory while staying professional.
