Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. The role goes beyond desks, involving OS installs, structured cabling, and on-site problem solving across multiple environments. You must bring 1 year of IT/Telecom experience and relevant certifications or 5+ years field experience.

Qualifications

1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience
One of the following: A+ Certification or Network+ Certification or 5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom
PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables) and telecom work
Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments
Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within your territory
