Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support a national client base. You will perform OS installs, hardware checks, and software setups, while handling structured cabling and telecom tasks. Expect diverse environments and on-call responsibilities.

The role demands hands-on IT/telecom experience, valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle. Tools, travel within an 80-mile radius, and a 1099 contract are provided, with opportunities to advance as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of I.T. or Telecom experience required.
• A+ or Network+ certification preferred or 5+ years field experience in I.T./Telecom.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Carry out structured cabling, including drilling, cabling, and dressing.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call for service requests within your territory.
