Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base in field assignments. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, including OS installations, structured cabling, and telecom work across multiple buildings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Own basic I.T./network tools and laptop; must be on-call 24/7 strong advantage.
• Punctual, courteous and presentable.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within territory.
