Job summary
AMG Tech Support is hiring hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond desk work, involving OS installations, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and on-site telecom tasks across diverse environments. You must have at least 1 year in IT/Telecom or 5+ years field experience, plus one certification or equivalent.
A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and on-call availability are required. Travel within an approx.

- On-call availability 24/7 is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
Responsibilities
- OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
- Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
- Telecom tasks such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
- Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings.
- Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests in territory.
