Job summary

AMG Tech Support seeks skilled technicians for field IT/telecom support across our national client base. The role goes beyond helpdesk, with OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and structured cabling across buildings.

You will work across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, maintaining high client professionalism. On-call availability and travel within your territory are expected, with a 1099 contractor arrangement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• Preferred: A+ or Network+ certification or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients; be on call within territory.
