Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our nationwide client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, involving OS installs, cabling work, and telecom tasks on diverse job sites.

You will operate independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, maintaining a high level of professionalism and being ready to respond to service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience is preferred.
• A+ or Network+ certification is a plus; hands-on field experience acceptable.
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel within a territory.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call within your territory.
