Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond desk work, including OS installations, hardware diagnostics, software setup, and demanding structured cabling across buildings.

You will work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and being on-call for service requests within your territory. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience or relevant certifications.
• Certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
