Job summary

Fielding Management Group is seeking an in-person IT support specialist to diagnose and repair devices, troubleshoot Windows/macOS/iOS/ChromeOS, and support Microsoft 365 tools across multiple campuses. The role involves travel between Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, and Tucson, with hands-on deployment and asset management responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on IT or help desk experience, familiarity with AD/MFA, and a valid Arizona driver’s license.

Qualifications

• We need 2–3 years of hands-on IT or help desk experience or an equivalent mix of education, certifications, training, and related experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and ChromeOS is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite and AD concepts, MFA, and Apple Configurator is preferred.
• Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting is desired.
• Experience with PC and laptop repair, imaging, and asset management is a plus.
• Exposure to A/V equipment and basic projectors/speakers is beneficial.
• CompTIA A+ certification is a plus; prior internal help desk experience is helpful.
• Valid driver's license and Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, iPads, and other devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues including logins, profiles, updates, printers, cameras, and performance.
• Support Microsoft 365 tools: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Investigate Wi‑Fi and network issues involving DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and UniFi.
• Handle password resets, MFA problems, user accounts, and Active Directory support.
• Image, configure, deploy, tag, and track new technology.
• Restore A/V equipment and support staff and students across multiple OS environments.
• Travel between locations to deploy equipment and provide on-site support.
• Maintain accurate technology inventory and asset records.
