Job summary

Valley Perinatal in Mesa, AZ is seeking an IT Field Technologist to deliver on-site technical support for client sites across the United States. You will diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, perform routine maintenance, document steps, and train users to operate systems securely and efficiently.

Required: high school diploma (associate or higher in IT preferred), IT support experience, Windows/macOS knowledge, TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS, and a valid driver's license with travel readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology preferred.
• Proven IT support or field technician experience, ideally in a client-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
• Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and wireless technologies.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to client locations within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide user training and support.
• Document service activities, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the company's ticketing system.
• Collaborate with remote support teams and elevate complex problems to higher-level technicians or vendors as needed.
• Manage inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper configuration and deployment at client sites.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and best practices while working on client premises.
