Requirements
Must have:
- We need someone with 2-3 years of hands-on IT or help desk experience, or an equivalent mix of education, certifications, training, and related experience.
- We are especially interested in experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and ChromeOS.
- We value familiarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, MFA, and Apple Configurator.
- We look for networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, UniFi, and basic network design.
- We prefer experience with PC and laptop repair, device imaging, Windows PE, Macrium Reflect, drivers, printers, device provisioning, and asset management.
- We welcome exposure to audio/visual equipment such as projectors, TVs, speakers, PA systems, mixers, and microphones.
- A CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
- Previous internal help desk experience is a plus.
- Network setup and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Experience supporting technology in schools or multi-location organizations is a plus.
- A valid drivers license is required.
- We require the ability to pass a 39-month DMV history check.
- You must be able to travel independently to our locations in Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, and Tucson.
- You must possess or obtain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Responsibilities:
- We diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, iPads, and other devices.
- We troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues, including logins, profiles, updates, printers, cameras, microphones, and performance problems.
- We support Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- We investigate Wi-Fi and network issues involving DNS, DHCP, VLANs, TCP/IP, VPNs, and UniFi environments.
- We handle password resets, MFA problems, user accounts, and Active Directory support.
- We image, configure, deploy, tag, and track new technology.
- We restore projectors, TVs, speakers, microphones, sound systems, and other A/V equipment when they stop working.
- We support users across Windows, macOS, iOS, and ChromeOS environments.
- We help staff and students use technology effectively and confidently.
- We travel between our locations to deploy equipment, resolve issues, and provide hands-on support.
- We maintain accurate technology inventory and asset records.
- We identify recurring issues and help our Technology team develop better solutions.
