Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is seeking an Information Technology Field Services Technician to provide on-site hardware, software, and networking support across multiple locations. The role emphasizes Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 administration, AD/Azure AD, Intune, and network troubleshooting.

The candidate will travel daily, participate in occasional overnight trips, and contribute to security best practices while delivering strong customer service and professional IT support.

Qualifications

• Two years of IT desktop/field support experience.
• Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Intune.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot switches, routers, wireless access points, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Support retail technology including POS systems, payment terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and customer-facing displays.
• Deploy, configure, and replace desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other endpoint hardware.
• Maintain accurate documentation, asset inventory, and ServiceDesk tickets.
• Support VMware virtualization platforms and multi-site environments.
• Travel daily to company locations; participate in occasional overnight travel.
• Educate users on technology and security best practices; provide excellent customer service.
