The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Field IT Support Technician to perform onsite installation and maintenance on computer equipment, printers, and specialized Key Control devices. You will travel to customer sites in a company vehicle, maintain spare parts inventory, and document work in our service tracking system.

You will train in College Station, Texas, with hands-on familiarization of equipment and company policies.

Qualifications

• Technical associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of technical experience (hardware/networking).
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Must be able to attend a paid training class in Texas.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with few violations.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• A+ and/or Network+ certified is a plus.
• Ability to travel, with hotel stays, up to 25% of the time.

Responsabilités
