Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Field IT Support Technician to perform onsite installation and maintenance on computer equipment, printers, and Key Control devices. A company vehicle is provided for travel to customer sites, and you will manage repair parts inventory and document work in our service tracking system.

You will undergo paid training in College Station, Texas, focusing on equipment familiarization and company policies.

Qualifications

• Technical associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of technical experience (hardware/networking).
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Must be able to attend a paid training class in Texas.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with minimal violations.
• Good communication skills and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installation and maintenance on computer equipment, printers, and Key Control equipment.
• Maintain inventory of repair parts and document work in service tracking system.
• Travel to customer sites using company vehicle; up to 10% travel with hotel stays.
