Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Field IT Support Technician to perform onsite installation and maintenance on computer equipment, printers, and specialized Key Control gear. A company vehicle will be provided to travel to customer sites, with parts inventory and service tracking duties.

The role requires a technical associate degree or equivalent, 1+ years hardware/networking experience, ability to lift 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and travel up to 5 nights per month.

Qualifications

• Technical associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of technical experience (hardware/networking).
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record in last years.
• Travel up to 5 nights per month.
• A+ and/or Network+ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installation and maintenance on computer equipment, printers, and specialized Key Control equipment.
• Maintain an inventory of repair parts and document work in service tracking system.
• Travel to customer sites using company vehicle.
• Support the hardware/networking needs of customers.

Skills
