Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Field IT Support Technician to perform onsite installation and maintenance of computer equipment, printers, and Key Control devices. You will travel to customer sites using a company vehicle and document work in our service tracking system.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, 1+ years hardware/networking, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a clean driving record. Training is provided in Texas, with occasional travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Technical associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of technical experience (hardware/networking).
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with limited moving violations in recent years and no serious violations.
• Must be able to attend a paid training class in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installation and maintenance support on computer equipment and peripherals.
• Maintain an inventory of repair parts.
• Document work through the service tracking system.
• Travel to customer sites using company vehicle; hotel stays may be required.
