Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join the Infrastructure Delivery team in the United States. The role focuses on hardware break-fix services across client equipment, requiring basic to moderately complex troubleshooting and decision-making per guidelines.

Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will handle service calls, communicate effectively, and maintain asset control while potentially guiding colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant field service experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
