Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role involves performing hardware-focused break‑fix services on various client products and troubleshooting to defined guidelines.

You will report to the Territory Supervisor and may handle multiple service calls per day. Responsibilities include clear communication, excellent customer service, and completing all tasks related to each call, including asset control and administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to drive to client locations and lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Control and return of assets and inventory.
• May provide guidance to colleagues.
