Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused, break fix services on client products and travel to sites as needed. Strong troubleshooting and decision-making within guidelines are required.

You will report to the Territory Supervisor and support asset control and service administration. The role emphasizes hands-on repair, clear communication, and exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and documentation

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge required with ability to troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Customer-facing skills to communicate clearly during service calls.
• Willingness to follow established department and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
