Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role focuses on hardware break-fix services at client sites and requires basic to moderately complex troubleshooting under established guidelines.

You will report to the Territory Supervisor, perform service calls, manage assets, and complete administrative tasks while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
