Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is looking for a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role involves hardware break-fix services on client products, with troubleshooting and repair decisions guided by established procedures. You will be part of a team delivering reliable field support.

Expect travel to client locations, strong communication skills, and a focus on customer service. You will perform administrative tasks for each call and may mentor teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant field experience preferred.
• Ability to drive to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Own a basic repair tool kit and own transportation with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accept and deliver of all service calls assigned.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
