Job summary

Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused break-fix services at client sites and handle troubleshooting under established guidelines.

Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will manage service calls, document actions, and ensure asset control while delivering excellent customer service. A technical school credential and 1-2 years' experience are preferred, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Accept and complete all service calls assigned.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Control and return of assets and inventory.
• Support colleagues as needed.
