SITA is seeking a Technical Field Services professional to support airports and customers onsite or at airports. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain IT equipment, act as a single point of contact, and ensure SLAs are met in a hybrid Colorado setting.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, field visits, and close coordination with the Service Desk, offering growth within a diverse, global organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of onsite IT support experience.
• Experience working with external customers and meeting SLAs.
• Diploma or certificate in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Pursuing or working towards CompTIA A+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support to internal and external customers, ensuring SLAs and contracts are met.
• Maintain and troubleshoot customer IT equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform onsite interventions following Service Desk requests.
• Act as the customer's SPOC and coordinate with internal teams and the Service Desk.
• Repair faulty equipment locally and escalate when necessary.
• Minimize repair cycles with quick returns and replacements.
• Manage spare parts usage and ensure timely replenishment.
• Follow installation guidelines and use proper tools to complete tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and coordinate acceptance testing with customers.
• Accurately log service details and complete documentation.
