Job summary

ADNET Technologies is seeking a Field Services Engineer to support client environments in Burlington, VT, with hybrid work and travel to sites as required.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows systems, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and network devices while documenting work in ConnectWise and ensuring ITIL-aligned processes. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential as you serve multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3–5 years of equivalent technical experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows desktops and servers, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar ticketing tools; ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support across client locations with remote support as needed.
• Own incidents, service requests, projects, and follow-ups; meet response expectations and escalate when necessary.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows systems, Microsoft 365 services, and cloud infrastructure.
