Prudential Overall Supply is seeking an IT Technician - Infrastructure Support to join our Corporate IT team. The role provides hands-on desktop, mobile, and endpoint support across multiple California locations and beyond, with regular travel.

You will troubleshoot hardware/software, manage Microsoft 365 apps, and assist with deployments and IT projects while delivering excellent user support and keeping documentation up to date.

Qualifications

• 1+ years IT support, help desk, or desktop support.
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services.
• Basic Active Directory user management.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side, remote, phone, and email support for employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Install, configure, deploy, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and devices.
• Perform workstation setup for new hires, relocations, and refreshes.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with procurement and asset lifecycle.
• Support endpoint management platforms (Intune, MaaS360).
• Patch workstations, perform updates, and basic security tasks.
• Handle incidents via ServiceDesk/Jira and document resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to IT analysts as needed.
• Create and maintain user-facing documentation.
• Assist with deployments and IT projects.
• Travel to California facilities and occasional other locations.
• Participate in after-hours maintenance when required.
