Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is hiring an IT Technician - Infrastructure Support to join our Corporate IT team in California. You will provide hands-on support for desktops, mobile devices, and MS 365, ensuring timely assistance across multiple company locations.

The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, deploying devices, user account administration, and maintaining asset records. Regular travel to company facilities within California is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 1+ years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and services.
• Basic Active Directory and user account management.
• Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Experience using ServiceDesk or Jira for ticketing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side, remote, phone, and email support for employees across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and connectivity issues.
• Support Windows 10/11 environments and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Install, configure, deploy, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and related equipment.
• Perform workstation setup for new hires, relocations, and equipment refreshes.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, onboarding and offboarding tasks.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and assist with procurement and lifecycle activities.
• Support endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune).
• Perform patching, updates, and basic security support; document resolutions.
