KB Home is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide 1st/2nd level on-site IT support for our Houston area offices, studios, and Dallas/Ft. Worth division.

You will manage LAN, Active Directory, and Intune, coordinate software deployments and asset inventories, and troubleshoot issues across multisite environments. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, strong networking and Microsoft tech skills, and the ability to support remote sites and work-from-home setups.

Qualificações

• High school degree or equivalent; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network/server technologies.
• Ability to support end-users including remote sites and work-from-home setups.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st and 2nd level on-site IT support for daily computer operations.
• Manage office LAN, AD, and Intune administration.
• Coordinate software installations and track assets.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues and network problems.
• Travel to Dallas/Ft. Worth and local Houston areas as needed.
