Job summary
HighRadius is seeking an IT Systems & Support Administrator to provide US employee IT support, including remote staff, while sustaining corporate IT systems and operations. The role is the primary onsite IT resource for the Houston office and collaborates with India-based IT and Cybersecurity teams, P&C, and other G&A functions.
Key responsibilities include supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, Active Directory, SSO and device management, along with on-site workstation
Qualifications
- Experience in a corporate IT environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting employee technology and conference room tech.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration and support.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, SSO/MFA, Zoom, and device management.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support to U.S. employees (onsite and remote).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, access, and other IT issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, monitors, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
- Support onboarding/offboarding, including equipment, system access, and asset deployment/collection.
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and support requests per SLAs.
