Job summary

MB2 Dental in Carrollton, TX is hiring an IT Field Services Technician to provide advanced onsite and field-based IT support across multiple practice locations and the headquarters. You will deploy devices, perform onsite assessments, manage server and virtualization tasks, and travel frequently, including out-of-state, to keep our multi-site environment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT support, field services, or infrastructure roles.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Windows OS.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including out-of-state assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support IT equipment at multiple sites.
• Conduct onsite assessments of infrastructure, security, and systems.
• Provide on-site and field coverage with after-hours support as needed.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for the Service Desk and coordinate with IT leadership.
