Job summary

KB Home in Houston, TX is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide on-site 1st and 2nd level support across our main office, studio, and sales offices, including the Dallas/Ft. Worth division.

You will install software, repair hardware, and coordinate IT projects to ensure continuous system services. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multisite experience, strong Windows and Microsoft 365 expertise, and the ability to work independently with remote sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related IT support experience across multisite environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to work independently and support remote sites and WFH setups.

Responsibilities

• Provides 1st and 2nd level IT on-site support for computers, tablets and related hardware.
• Manages office LAN systems, AD and Intune administration, and performs upgrades.
• Coordinates software installations and maintains asset inventories.
• Troubleshoots software/hardware failures and resolves end-user issues.
• Facilitates onsite service calls and coordinates with vendors as needed.
• Supports opening/relocation/closing of communities with IT setup.
• Requires travel to DFW and remote sites as needed.
