Job summary

Burnett Specialists is seeking an IT Technical Specialist to act as the primary on-site IT resource for multi-site operations in Houston. The role involves hands-on Windows and Mac support, Microsoft 365 management, Entra ID administration, and basic networking troubleshooting.

You will manage the ticketing system, deploy new equipment, onboard/offboard users, and support ERP and legacy business applications while maintaining comprehensive IT documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in information systems or computer science required.
• Windows desktop and remote-user support experience preferred.
• Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience.
• Basic networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer-service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• ERP, Intune, PowerShell, Network+, ITIL, or manufacturing environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on IT Technical Specialist to provide Tier 1 support and serve as the primary on-site IT resource for multi-site operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and taking ownership of technical issues while collaborating with an IT team.

• Support Windows PCs, Macs, using Microsoft 365, maintaining printers, and mobile devices.
