Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide audiovisual and technical support during training sessions.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and other IT-related issues.
• Work with desktop support teams to resolve technical problems.
• Manage and update IT support tickets.
• Assist with hardware imaging, deployment, and nationwide distribution.
• Deliver proactive, professional customer service to end users.
